Weight Loss Tips / Create a goal for yourself

fit womanFor the next few days I’m going to be posting weight loss tips.  In the office, the first thing I do is have the client establish a goal weight.  In hypnosis, the client and I create the image in the subconscious mind of them at this weight.  This is one of the reasons hypnosis is so very effective for weight loss, the subconscious responds to this new image. But, no matter what weight loss program your using always have a goal.  An image of yourself at the weight you want to become.
