After my last post I’ve had several questions about how to create the image of the thin trim you. In hypnosis it’s easily done with the power of your imagination. By using self hypnosis, something I teach in every session, you keep this new image very vivid and it literally becomes your new reality in the subconscious mind. However, if you choose to use another weight loss program, something that might be helpful is to put a picture of yourself or a picture from a magazine at the weight you’d like to become in the mirror where you do your personal grooming. Then every day take a few moments and focus on that image. No matter what weight loss program you choose, recalling this image at meal time will help you with portion control.
